Madventures: Not your average travel show

Samantha Brown’s travel show is pale compared to Madventures, Travel Channel’s latest adrenaline and no-nonsense infused travel show. The show features two Finnish, Riku and Tunna, who travels around the world in search of your not so typical adventure. The places they visited include the Naga village in the border of Myanmar and China, Chernobyl Power Plant in Russia, A monastery in Siberia and the deep Amazon forest in search of a hallucinogen called Yage Mado.

All videos are shot solely by Riku and Tunna where Riku is the show’s main host while Tunna is the show’s camera man and director. Whenever faced with a challenge especially in chowing down weird and bizzare food such as blood filled leeches or sloth’s brain, they would decide who gets the honor using the good old RPS (ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS) method. Works all the time.
